Made by hand
HANDL TYROL uncooked sausage is made by hand in accordance with the old butcher tradition.
Mildly smoked over beech wood
HANDL TYROL uncooked sausage receives its unique aroma from a mild smoking process over beech wood. Only the mountain air sausages are not smoked.
Air-dried in mountain air
Subsequently, the sausages age and dry at a constant temperature in our ageing rooms in clear Tyrolean air.
