Traditional selection

This wafer-thin cut selection of real Tyrolean ham, loin and belly ham is ideal for the traditional Bretteljause - or "Marend", as we say in Tyrol. Selected pieces of ham, loin and belly meat are manually refined with spices, mildly smoked over beech wood and slowly air-dried in clear Tyrolean mountain air.
