Tyrolean belly ham PGI is a real speciality product. Because it can be used in a variety of applications, it has maintained its traditional role in Tyrolean cuisine to this day. Made by hand from selected streaky bacon ham with high-quality spices, mildly smoked over beech wood and dried in Tyrolean mountain air, it obtains its savoury taste after a long ageing period.
